This role provides legal, governance, executive and administrative support to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with legal and administrative documentation
2. Proofread documents and correspondence
3. Support records and contract administration
4. Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements
5. Assist with audits, compliance, risk and data protection activities
6. Prepare reports, presentations and briefing materials
7. Support Senior Leadership Team projects and initiatives
Requirements:
1. Must be a recent graduate within the last three years
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Good multitasking ability and attention to detail
4. Ability to handle confidential information
5. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
6. Experience in legal, administrative, executive assistant or project coordination desirable
7. A Law degree is not required
