Description:

Gata Homes Limited is a Nigerian real estate development and property investment company based in Abuja, focusing on land and residential solutions for families, everyday investors, and the diaspora. We are recruiting a skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team in Abuja.

Responsibilities:

1. Create visually compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media, and brand assets.

2. Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional campaigns and property showcases.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts aligned with project goals.

4. Ensure all designs and videos maintain brand consistency and visual appeal.

5. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Revise and refine content based on feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).

3. Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

4. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Required skills

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, social media content creation, branding, visual storytelling, time management, communication, creativity.
