Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and provide insights on complex immigration law scenarios to support data-driven project requirements.
2. Draft, review, and refine legal documents, correspondence, and case summaries relevant to immigration cases.
3. Assess the accuracy and clarity of AI-generated content related to immigration law.
4. Offer detailed feedback on nuanced legal concepts, terminology, and processes.
5. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams through written and verbal communication to clarify intent and ensure legal accuracy.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project guidelines and evaluation criteria based on expert legal perspective.
7. Participate in knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the overall quality of AI-driven legal outputs.
Requirements:
1. Active license to practice law with a focus on immigration law.
2. Extensive experience managing a diverse range of immigration matters, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
4. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal documents and provide actionable feedback.
5. Familiarity with legal research tools, case management software, and document review platforms.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering precise, well-reasoned legal content.
7. Interest in technology-driven projects or prior participation in legal innovation initiatives (a plus).
