Responsibilities & Requirements

  1. You will own and run the YouTube strategy from idea to performance review

  5. You will build content campaigns that generate qualified leads
  6. You will run sprints, set priorities and keep the team shipping
  7. You will track analytics like CTR and retention and improve with every upload
Requirements
  1. You have proven experience growing a YouTube channel, ideally for a B2B or agency
  2. You understand YouTube analytics, titles, thumbnails, pacing and retention
  3. You have managed website pages and blogs that drive conversions
  4. You have led creators and improved their work instead of doing everything yourself
  5. You have a portfolio with real results you can show
  6. You have reliable internet and can cover the required overlap hours
