Location: LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe (candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours)

Salary: $1,500 – $2,100 per month

Description

This role is with a staffing agency that connects top global professionals with ambitious clients. They are looking for an HR Representative to support their external talent—the contractors and consultants placed with client companies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these workers are fully supported from onboarding through to the end of their contracts, helping them succeed and stay satisfied in their roles.

You will handle day-to-day HR administration, act as the main point of contact for external talent, and work closely with internal teams like recruiters, account managers, and the HR Manager. This is a high-touch, operational role focused on retention, engagement, and performance of the agency's external workforce.

Responsibilities:

1. Onboard new external talent by welcoming them, setting expectations, and ensuring they have all necessary tools and context.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for external talent throughout their assignment.
3. Monitor performance, engagement, and satisfaction of external talent across various accounts.
4. Collaborate with Account Managers and HR to address performance concerns or risks.
5. Coordinate monthly check-ins and pulse surveys with talent.
6. Partner with payroll and operations teams to ensure payments and expenses are processed correctly.
7. Manage paid time off (PTO) requests for all external talent.
8. Manage offboarding processes, including collecting feedback from departing talent.
9. Maintain accurate employee records in Deel and internal HR databases.
10. Coordinate with Client Success teams to ensure alignment on talent needs and expectations.
11. Support visa, documentation, or local compliance requirements when applicable.

Requirements:

1. 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
2. Experience managing remote teams or external talent in a global setting.
3. Proactive, organized, and highly responsive with a solutions-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to juggle multiple accounts, stakeholders, and priorities effectively.
6. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with confidence communicating with international clients and talent.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
