The client is a specialized business brokerage firm based in the US that helps small to medium-sized business owners understand the true value of their business and find qualified buyers. They act as a professional intermediary, guiding owners through the entire complex process of selling their company. Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Own calendar management, including coordinating meetings and protecting focus time.
- Manage email and inbox, handling daily correspondence and building templates.
- Coordinate with clients and prospects, guiding them through each step of the process.
- Manage the CRM, keeping records and the pipeline current and accurate.
- Drive lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and client delivery workflows.
- Track deliverables and deadlines, providing status updates.
- Prepare and update business listings, marketing kits, and deal documentation.
- Assist with social media content, newsletters, blog content, and short-form video clips.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar client-facing role.
- CRM and pipeline experience.
- Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn new systems.
- Comfortable in a remote, single-employer role during CST business hours.
