How To Apply
Complete the 3-step online application form on the job page. The steps cover personal details, professional background, and documents. You must upload a .qtxt resume with a maximum size of 10 KB. If you do not have one, you can convert your existing resume to .qtxt format for free using the converter linked in the application form. The application asks for your full name, email address, phone number, current location, LinkedIn profile URL, and portfolio or website. There are currently 5 open slots for this role.
Why Apply
This role offers a rare combination of full remote freedom and a clear path to influencing client loyalty and revenue, which means your work is visible and measurable. The quarterly retention bonuses give you a direct financial incentive to do well, and the $500 home office stipend helps you set up a comfortable workspace without spending your own money.
The position is open to candidates in 42 countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, so it is a strong option for African professionals who want global exposure without relocating. The salary range is wide, so it is worth negotiating based on your experience and results.
Since the role reports to the VP of Client Success, you will have senior visibility, which can speed up your career growth if you perform well. The main trade-off is that the pay, while solid for many markets, may be modest for candidates in higher-cost countries, so weigh that against the flexibility and growth potential.
Before You Apply
Make sure your resume is saved in .qtxt format before you start the application, because the form will not accept other formats and the 10 KB size limit is easy to exceed if your resume is long.
Trim your resume to the most relevant experience in customer success, account management, or client services, and remove images or heavy formatting that could inflate the file size. Prepare short examples of how you have managed client accounts, run check-ins or business reviews, and handled difficult client situations, since these match the interview questions mentioned in the advert.
If you have used HubSpot or Salesforce, state that clearly, because CRM experience is a listed requirement. Also confirm that you can work across time zones, since the role serves clients in more than 60 countries, and be ready to explain which tools you use to stay organized and meet deadlines remotely. Apply well before the 2026-11-30 deadline, as there are only 5 slots and the role is likely to attract many applicants.
