How To Apply

Fill in the application form and record a video showcasing your skill sets. Applicants must follow these steps to be considered for the role.

Why Apply

This role offers a rare chance to work directly with executive leadership in a strategic partnership capacity rather than in a purely task-based administrative position. The client is a growing organization, which suggests opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and gain exposure to high-level business decisions. The fully remote setup provides flexibility, and the salary range is clearly stated. The role is open to candidates in Latin America, Africa, and Eastern Europe, making it accessible to a wide geographic talent pool. Success in this position could lead to increased trust, autonomy, and influence within the organization. The emphasis on project management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication means the right candidate will build a strong portfolio of transferable skills.

Before You Apply

Confirm that you can consistently work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, since this is a hard requirement for supporting U.S.-based clients. Prepare concrete examples of how you have supported senior executives, managed complex calendars, and coordinated cross-functional projects. Be ready to demonstrate proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Since the application requires a video showcasing your skill sets, plan what you will present and keep it focused on relevant experience. Highlight any prior experience working remotely with U.S. clients or across time zones. Emphasize your ability to handle confidential information with discretion, as this is critical for executive support roles. Show that you can work independently and proactively solve problems, because the role expects minimal oversight. Review the salary range and confirm it aligns with your expectations before applying. Tailor your application materials to emphasize project coordination and executive communication, not just general administrative tasks.
