Description
We are looking for an articulate and proactive individual to serve as the frontline representative for our iwemii platforms. Your primary role will involve cataloguing and managing digital content across multiple systems, ensuring high-quality data, and representing the brand at engagements, outreach activities, and academic events. You will work from both the Lekki location and remotely, using advanced AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance digital content presentation.

Responsibilities:
1. Accurately catalogue, classify, and write metadata descriptions for research papers, theses, textbooks, and course materials across three platforms.
2. Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to verify formatting, bibliographic accuracy, and compliance with academic and integration standards.
3. Manage the ongoing content pipeline, ensuring uploaded submissions meet strict timelines and high-quality publication standards.
4. Support the cataloguing and structuring of courses, modules, and materials on the learning platform.
5. Maintain accurate book listings with ISBN numbers, subject classifications, author details, and SEO-optimized descriptions.
6. Represent the brand at in-person meetings, outreach activities, webinars, and stakeholder presentations, including the NARIC 2026 national campus activation campaign.
7. Utilize AI tools to support content development, metadata generation, and academic quality improvement.
8. Produce professional content for social media updates and communicate platform value to academic audiences.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in Library Science, Library and Information Science, Archival Science, or a closely related discipline.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of library cataloguing principles, classification systems, and bibliographic metadata standards.
3. Outspoken, articulate, and confident communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
4. Excellent written English skills, particularly for drafting metadata, professional correspondence, and coordinating stakeholders.
5. Exceptional personal presentation and a professional demeanor at all times, both in-person and online.
6. Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar for content management and writing.
7. Previous experience in a university library, digital archive, or academic publishing environment is preferred.
8. Familiarity with academic databases including JSTOR, Google Scholar, EBSCO, and content management systems.
9. A genuine interest in educational technology and the commercialization of Nigerian academic knowledge.
10. A proactive, self-aware personality that thrives on taking initiative and a genuine curiosity for learning new tools.
