Apply

Send your CV to swnco.recruitment@gmail.com with email subject "Application for Customer Support Specialist - Last Name, First Name". Personal messages will not be entertained.

Why Apply

Your core skill is the main job: A large part of the role is professional email and inbox management, so if you write clearly and stay organized, you will be doing the most important work, not just supporting it.

Valuable healthcare admin experience: You will coordinate directly with general practitioners and healthcare providers and manage documentation before assessments, which builds strong experience for future roles in healthcare administration.

Clear remote structure: It is a full-time remote contractor role with defined hours, 7-8 hours per day, and you work independently with an Australia-based team. Expectations are straightforward.

More than just emails: Beyond inbox handling, you will create and send invoices, follow up on documents, support daily operations, and identify and respond to potential client leads.

Before You Apply

Use the exact subject line: The employer asks for "Application for Customer Support Specialist - Last Name, First Name". Copy this format exactly with your own names, or your application may be filtered out.

Treat your application as a writing test: Since the job requires excellent written English and professional email skills, keep your CV and email concise, error-free and professional in tone. Avoid personal messages on other channels as the advert says they will not be entertained.

Show how you handle volume: Prepare to mention in your CV how you manage high email volume and admin workflows — for example using labels, folders, templates, trackers for missing documents, and systems for invoicing and follow-ups.

Prove you can work independently: Highlight your reliability, responsiveness and ability to work remotely, including your plan for stable internet, power backup and overlapping availability with the Australia-based team.
