Responsibilities & Requirements
For this role, you will be the main brain behind their social media.
- You will create the full plan for what they post, why they post it, and how it sounds.
- You will lead the content calendar and guide the team that makes the posts.
- It is a big plus if you have worked in wellness, healing, or personal growth before.
- You can work alone, stay organized, and manage your time well.
- You speak and write excellent English.
- You have led teams and you can give clear direction.
- You understand how to tell stories and connect with people online.
- You need to have grown accounts before and you can prove it.
- To qualify, you need at least 5 years working as a Social Media Manager for known brands.
- You will work with marketing, design and leaders on launches.
- You will check what works and what doesn't, and make it better.
- You will make sure their voice and look stays the same everywhere.
- You will build content ideas and campaigns that help them grow.
