Description
Women On Tap CIC is looking for an organised and reliable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Executive Director and support the day-to-day running of the organisation. The role will cover administration, communications, systems management, and project support, with potential for the role to grow as the organisation expands.

Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain the Beer Unlocked bursary scheme administration.
2. Organise Google Drive, sponsor packs, project dashboards, and task lists.
3. Update website content using Squarespace.
4. Manage emails, calendars, calls, and meetings.
5. Support social media activity using Canva and scheduling tools.
6. Coordinate funder and advisory board communications.
7. Support research, sponsorship, and new programme projects.
8. Provide general administrative and project support as required.
Requirements
1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Confidence using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Drive.
3. Ability to manage email and calendars on behalf of others.
4. Canva or similar design skills.
5. Experience with Squarespace is required.
6. Experience with social media scheduling or willingness to learn.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
