1. Create research articles, ecosystem deep dives, and project spotlights for Web3 Content Writer
2. Manage and grow Telegram and Discord communities and run AMAs for Community Manager
3. Build and maintain the web platform and UI components for Frontend Developer
4. Drive growth campaigns and influencer collaborations for Marketing Lead

6. Design interfaces and design systems in Figma for UI/UX Designer
7. Identify and close partnerships with Web3 projects and VCs for Business Development

11. Review and stress-test smart contracts for Smart Contract Security Auditor
