As the Nonprofit Multichannel Copywriter, you will play a key role in creating campaigns that inspire action and drive impact for nonprofit organizations. Your work involves conceptualizing and writing across channels such as direct mail, email, and digital media to transform audience insights into compelling, high-performing direct response fundraising campaigns. You should be deadline-driven, passionate about mission-driven ideas, and experienced in turning data into effective messaging for both print and digital channels. Your storytelling will be powerful, motivating, and aligned with brand standards, with the goal of moving audiences into action. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment, understanding how to craft messages that raise money for causes you believe in.

Responsibilities:
1. Create concepts, write direct mail packages, emails, and storytelling content across channels to generate donations, awareness, engagement, and reactivation
2. Collaborate with art directors, Creative Directors, and agency partners on developing and executing integrated omnichannel campaigns
3. Work with account teams to develop creative campaigns that raise funds
4. Review copy created by internal and external team members
5. Stay current on fundraising copywriting best practices across channels and industry standards
6. Manage and adhere to client brand standards
7. Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients
8. Review campaign results and apply insights for improvements
9. Conduct online research and utilize resources to supplement writing
10. Deliver quality work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3 or more years of copywriting experience in agency or in-house settings, nonprofit/fundraising experience preferred
2. Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
3. Portfolio samples demonstrating your writing range
4. Strong creative vision and copy skills across different channels
5. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content
6. Extreme attention to detail and project management skills for multiple projects and deadlines
7. Thrive under pressure, outgoing, amiable, and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
8. Organized, self-sufficient, and capable of managing workload across multiple channels and clients
9. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
