The TTS Nigeria Programme is an initiative in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation and Tech4Dev, designed to equip young Nigerian women with skills for tech-enabled career opportunities. The programme offers free training and job placement opportunities across several sales, banking, and customer-focused roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and acquire new customers for banking/financial products

2. Conduct telesales and direct sales activities to meet targets

3. Manage retail banking operations and client relationships

4. Serve as a Relationship Officer, maintaining client accounts and satisfaction

5. Handle customer acquisition and onboarding processes

Requirements:

1. Female, aged 18–35 years

2. Interest in developing a career in tech-enabled roles

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Willingness to undergo training and work in sales/banking/customer-focused roles

5. Must be a Nigerian citizen or resident
