Description
Support a fast-growing digital education company producing live and on-demand content. Transform live recordings into polished evergreen videos with a 24-hour turnaround. Work on editorial cuts, pacing, branding, and content curation. Support international localization using AI dubbing and lip-sync tools. Create short-form clips for social media and manage video assets across Google Drive and Vimeo. Collaborate with an existing editing team to scale content production while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:
1. Transform live program recordings into seamless on-demand educational videos
2. Remove live-event elements and off-topic content while preserving educational flow
3. Incorporate intro videos and required elements into final deliverables
4. Deliver finalized evergreen videos within 24 hours of live events
5. Independently review recordings and apply editorial judgment and brand guidelines
6. Edit raw footage for international localization projects
7. Learn and use AI-powered dubbing and lip-sync platforms such as HeyGen
8. Integrate translated audio with video for natural viewing experience
9. Use Opus to generate short-form clips for social media from long-form recordings
10. Use Rev.com for transcription and captioning
11. Organize raw and edited assets in Google Drive and maintain file structures
12. Upload and manage final deliverables on Vimeo
13. Collaborate with the video team and communicate progress and deadlines

Requirements:
1. 1 to 3 years of professional video editing experience
2. Experience editing educational content, courses, or long-form live recordings
3. Proficiency with video editing software, particularly Movavi or comparable platforms
4. Familiarity with Vimeo, Rev.com, and Google Drive for asset and platform management
5. Experience with AI-assisted clipping tools such as Opus or similar
6. Willingness and ability to quickly learn AI dubbing and lip-sync platforms such as HeyGen
7. Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
8. Strong time-management and ability to meet strict 24-hour turnaround requirements
9. Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of content
10. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
11. Availability to work during US business hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
12. Based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe
