Executive Assistant (CEO Office)
Work directly with the CEO of a fast-scaling, AI-native company. Rwazi is looking for an Executive Assistant who thinks like a founder but operates with the discipline of a support professional. This is not a traditional admin role, it’s about bringing analytical rigor and executional excellence to the CEO’s office. If you have a background in consulting, finance, or building something from scratch, and you’re motivated by structure and follow-through rather than the spotlight, this could be the perfect fit.
Executive Assistant (CEO Office)
Who's hiring: Rwazi
Location: Global (Remote)
Schedule: Full time
Type: Remote
Description
Rwazi operates in a high-velocity, AI-native environment where clarity, follow-through, and structured thinking are essential. This role supports the CEO in day-to-day executive operations, including documentation, planning cadence, structured follow-ups, and internal coordination. It is a foundational position inside the CEO’s office.
While the title is traditional, the expectation is not. We are looking for someone with former founder instincts or strong analytical pedigree, who understands strategy but is comfortable operating in a support capacity without ego. This role requires intelligence, discipline, and humility. It strengthens executive execution hygiene and is critical to maintaining speed and alignment as Rwazi scales.
Benefits
1. Full-time remote work with flexible location.
2. Opportunity to work directly with the CEO in a high-growth, AI-native environment.
3. Foundational role with direct impact on company-wide execution speed.
4. Exposure to board-level planning and strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
1. Capture high-quality, structured notes in executive and board meetings, translating discussions into clear action items with owners and deadlines.
2. Maintain organized, searchable documentation systems, and draft memos, summaries, and internal briefs.
3. Support quarterly and annual planning processes, assist in preparing board decks and executive materials, and maintain visibility over key company-wide priorities.
4. Track execution commitments across teams, follow up on deadlines and deliverables, escalate slippage early and objectively, and maintain structured dashboards of ongoing initiatives.
5. Manage executive scheduling and prioritization, coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain high professional standards in all outputs.
Requirements
1. Former founder, operator, or builder experience OR strong analytical background (consulting, finance, research, technical environments).
2. Exceptional structured writing ability.
3. Strong analytical reasoning and pattern recognition.
4. Comfort synthesizing complex discussions into clarity.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Ability to operate without ego in a support capacity.
7. Strong discretion and professionalism.
8. Former founders are welcome—provided they are motivated by discipline and execution, not status.
Required skills
· Structured writing and documentation
· Analytical reasoning and synthesis
· Meeting facilitation and action-item tracking
· Cross-functional coordination and follow-through
· Scheduling and prioritization
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Proficiency with dashboards and tracking tools
Why Apply
This role is positioned for someone who wants to be at the center of a scaling company without needing to own a P&L or product roadmap. The impact is clear: you will directly reduce cognitive load on the CEO, tighten cross-functional alignment, and accelerate execution cycles. The company explicitly welcomes former founders, as long as they are motivated by discipline, not status. That suggests a mature, self-aware culture that values output over ego. The remote-first, global setup also offers flexibility rarely found in traditional EA roles. If you take pride in making systems work and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, this is a chance to build that muscle at an executive level.
Before You Apply
· This is a support role, not a strategic leadership position. If you are looking for immediate executive authority or independent ownership, this is not the right fit.
· The evaluation process prioritises written work and analytical depth. Prepare to showcase your ability to summarise complex discussions and track commitments clearly.
· The company emphasises "absence of ego" and "humility." Be ready to speak to specific examples where you operated effectively in a behind-the-scenes capacity.
· Since the role involves board and planning cycles, familiarity with deck preparation and quarterly planning is a strong plus.
