LIFEPAGE is offering a twelve-month graduate programme based in Lagos that places you directly in front of clients from your first month. Unlike typical graduate schemes, you won't be shadowing or doing admin work, you'll handle real transactions with your name attached, while being coached by in-house professionals rather than external trainers. The programme is open to any degree discipline and accepts graduates with up to two years of work experience. Applications close 14 September 2026.
Graduate Trainee
By Who: LIFEPAGE Property & Investments Limited
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (on-site, daily commute required)
Deadline: Monday, 14 September 2026
Schedule: Full-time, twelve months (includes six-day weeks during Foundation Month)
Type: Graduate Programme (with consideration for permanent role on completion)
Description
This is a twelve-month structured graduate programme designed to build your commercial capability from the ground up. You begin in a client-facing commercial role, working on high-value property transactions, before moving into the department that best fits your strengths. The training is delivered in-house by people who do the work themselves, not by an external provider.
Your first month involves intensive training with six-day weeks. From month two, you take on client responsibility with an experienced mentor alongside you. You follow transactions from the first conversation through to handover, and your work carries your name, not just a reference letter.
The programme is competitive by design. Performance is formally reviewed every three months, and not everyone who starts necessarily continues. If you prefer not to be measured against clear standards, this programme is not for you.

2. An assigned mentor who works alongside you, not above you

Why Apply
· You gain a skill most people never learn: The ability to advise on million-dollar decisions and earn trust at that level, a capability that transfers to any industry.
· You leave with evidence, not promises: Twelve months of real transactions with your name on them means concrete answers when future employers ask what you have actually done.
· You get exposure years ahead of schedule: Direct access to senior leadership in a growing company and genuine insight into how commercial decisions are made.
· Training is company-specific, not generic: You learn what LIFEPAGE actually does, taught by people who do it daily, not generic content from an external provider.
Before You Apply
· Be prepared for intensity: The Foundation Month requires six-day weeks. Real targets, real rejection, and feedback that is specific rather than gentle are part of the experience.
· This programme is genuinely competitive: Not everyone who starts continues. Performance reviews happen every three months, and underperformance leads to exit. If you prefer not to be measured, this is the wrong programme.
· You must already be in Lagos: Accommodation is not provided, and you need to commute daily. This is non-negotiable.
· No payment is required at any stage: LIFEPAGE does not charge application fees, training fees, assessment fees, or onboarding fees. Report any requests for money to graduatetrainee@lifepage.ng.
· Only shortlisted candidates are contacted beyond the eligibility stage. False or unverifiable information results in automatic disqualification.
· The programme takes one intake per year with a small cohort. Late applications are not considered under any circumstances.
LIFEPAGE Property & Investments Limited is an equal opportunity employer. Taking part in the recruitment process does not constitute an offer of employment.
