Description
Soar With Us is a UK-based advertising agency specializing in e-commerce, managing significant Meta and TikTok ad spend for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in sectors like supplements, skincare, fashion, and home care. The company is looking for a Paid Social Executive who can own an ad account end-to-end. This involves understanding the mechanics of the account, translating high-level strategy into concrete actions, and proactively managing performance. This role is for someone who wants genuine autonomy and is ready to move beyond simply executing a brief.
Benefits:
1. Work with a diverse client base of fast-growing DTC brands from around the world.
2. Opportunity for ongoing skill enhancement through varied tasks and client types.
3. Have a direct influence and real impact on a rapidly growing business.
4. Enjoy genuine ownership and autonomy over your accounts, rather than a "wait for instructions" role.
Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of the day-to-day performance of ad accounts within your POD, primarily on Meta (and TikTok depending on the client mix).
2. Conduct audits of ad accounts and use data from the accounts and Triple Whale to inform ongoing strategy and optimizations.
3. Partner with the Growth Strategist to convert high-level paid social strategies into concrete, actionable tasks within the ad accounts.
4. Effectively test and scale both internally and externally produced creative content.
5. Understand each client's targets and provide clear, proactive performance updates, including pacing updates against monthly goals, with commentary on the bigger picture.
6. Report key learnings, identify bottlenecks, and recommend future directions for each account to the Growth Strategist.
7. Ensure all actions taken in an account are directly aligned with the objectives and KPIs set by the Growth Strategist.
8. Maintain clear account hygiene through organized structure and consistent naming conventions.
Requirements:
1. Several years of experience running Meta Ads at a high level for e-commerce brands, with a proven track record of managing budgets of $250k or more per month.
2. Prior agency experience, or experience managing an in-house account for a 7–8 figure e-commerce brand, is strongly preferred.
3. Experience across a range of DTC categories like supplements, skincare, fashion, and home care is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of Shopify and the DTC e-commerce landscape.
5. Exceptional research skills to quickly adapt to the needs of various clients.
6. Must be able to work within approximately 2 hours of UK working hours.
7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Why Apply
This role stands out because it explicitly moves beyond the typical "execution-only" position. The employer is looking for a strategic partner who can own and drive performance, offering genuine autonomy and the chance to manage significant monthly ad budgets ($250k+). For an experienced media buyer, this represents a clear step up in responsibility and a chance to have a measurable impact on a growing agency's success. The remote, flexible work setting and diverse client base also offer a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Before You Apply
Given the emphasis on autonomy and strategic thinking, your application should showcase specific examples of how you have independently managed and optimized ad accounts to meet business objectives. Mention cases where you analyzed data to make a key decision, scaled a winning creative, or turned around an underperforming campaign. Be prepared to discuss your experience with large budgets and your process for auditing an account to identify opportunities. Your CV and cover letter should demonstrate not just your technical skills, but also your ability to think critically and communicate insights clearly.
