Description
LeanSugar is seeking a creative Product Designer to design its new digital product. The role involves turning ideas into simple and engaging user experiences through wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems. You will work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and contribute to continuous improvement based on user feedback and product needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for company application
  2. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  3. Develop and maintain design systems and visual standards for consistency
  4. Apply user-centred design principles to solve product problems
  5. Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
  6. Create graphics and visual assets for the product when needed
  7. Review existing designs and improve them based on feedback and requirements
  8. Support other graphic design projects as they come up
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related field
  2. Strong portfolio showing mobile and digital product designs
  3. Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  4. Good understanding of UX principles and design systems
  5. Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
  6. Strong visual design and creative thinking ability
  7. Ability to work independently and also collaborate well with a remote team
  8. Proactive attitude with ownership of tasks
