What This Job Is About
This is a full-time writing job. Monday to Friday, you will be writing.
Your main job is to own our email newsletter. We send it out three times a week. You will be in charge of everything, writing it, making it sound right, making it useful, and making sure people want to open it.
You will also help turn one good idea into many pieces of content. For example, a podcast talk can become a newsletter, a short clip, and a few social posts.
What You Will Do
- Write and manage our newsletter 3 times a week
- Take talks and interviews from our community and turn them into clear, helpful stories
- Work with our team on ads in the newsletter
- Check what is working and what is not, and make it better
- Use simple AI tools to help you work faster
- Share content on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X
- Keep track of many tasks at once without missing deadlines
Who You Are
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience writing content, ideally for B2B or SaaS
- You have written content on a regular schedule before
- You know what makes business writing actually good and worth reading
- You are already using AI to help you write and work faster
- You are organized and pay attention to small details
- You can write in a clear and direct way
- You like working in a small team that moves fast
- Bonus if you know basic audio or video editing, Canva or Figma, and tools like Asana
