The Kitchen by Beefilms is looking for passionate volunteers to join our growing team. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with creatives, and contribute to meaningful productions, we'd love to hear from you!

CURRENT VOLUNTEER OPENINGS

Social Media Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Remote (Anywhere)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned social media platforms.
  • Plan and schedule engaging content.
  • Respond to comments and messages.
  • Monitor engagement and audience growth.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Suggest creative content ideas and trends.
  • Track content performance and submit basic reports.

Videographer (5 Positions)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video content during productions and events.
  • Film behind-the-scenes content.
  • Assist in producing promotional videos.
  • Organize and back up recorded footage.
  • Work closely with the media team.

Photographer (5 Positions)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs during productions and events.
  • Document behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Take portraits of cast, volunteers, and guests.
  • Edit and organize images for publicity and social media.

Community Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Remote (Anywhere)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online community engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries.
  • Foster positive interactions across social media platforms.
  • Encourage audience participation.
  • Escalate enquiries where necessary.

Event Organizer (2 Positions)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of productions and events.
  • Coordinate logistics and schedules.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination.
  • Ensure smooth event operations.
  • Work closely with other departments.

Personal Assistant (1 Position)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Manage calendars and meeting reminders.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Support communication across departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Usher (10 Positions)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests.
  • Guide attendees during events.
  • Support seating arrangements.
  • Provide audience assistance before and during productions.
  • Represent Beefilms professionally while ensuring guests have a positive experience.
