Description
Tech Adventures is a small, ambitious software studio in Abuja building tools for work, faith, and everyday life across Africa and beyond. Tezera, our AI-powered hiring tool, is ready to meet its audience - and we need a sharp, creative Content Creator to make that happen. This is a hands-on role with real visibility, real ownership, and room to grow into paid media. The purpose of this role is to build Tezera's public presence from the ground up - creating consistent, platform-native content that generates awareness and drives inbound interest among its core audience.

Responsibilities
1. Plan and publish daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X for Tezera
2. Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels that stop the scroll
3. Appear on camera occasionally to represent the Tezera brand
4. Track follower growth, engagement, and conversions in weekly reports
5. Maintain a consistent brand voice and adhere strictly to brand guidelines
6. Pitch fresh content ideas and translate tech features into relatable everyday language
