Description
Motion Graphics Artists are wanted to contribute to projects focused on robotics and human-activity video annotation and evaluation pipelines. The role involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. The position requires reviewing and analyzing short video clips of robots or people performing actions, assessing alignment with written directives, determining action accuracy and completeness, comparing video samples, refining AI-generated video annotations, detecting subtle differences in movement, and documenting observations and decisions with clear communication.

Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyze short video clips of robots or people performing actions
2. Assess alignment with provided written directives
3. Determine the accuracy and completeness of actions based on defined end states and project guidelines
4. Compare video samples to identify which better fulfills the instructions
5. Refine, correct, or augment AI-generated video annotations, including action boundaries, descriptions, and feedback points
6. Detect subtle differences in movement, object interaction, and action sequences for precise evaluation
7. Document observations and decisions using clear written communication
8. Apply detailed rubrics and maintain consistent annotation quality throughout assignments
Requirements:
1. No prior experience in AI is required, domain knowledge is what matters
2. Attention to detail and strong observational skills
3. Ability to analyze video content critically and accurately
4. Good communication skills for documenting findings
5. Familiarity with video annotation or data review processes is a plus but not mandatory
