Subject: Sales & Partnerships Coordinator
Job Details
This is a solid role, especially if you want to break into Fintech / Payments.
1. It's a high-visibility role: You're not just doing admin. You're the engine behind the sales pipeline. You’ll be the person who keeps deals with banks, partners, and clients moving. In fintech/digital assets, that means direct exposure to leadership and partners.
2. Salary is competitive for remote: ₦700k - ₦1M for a remote coordinator role is above market for most coordinator roles in Nigeria. It suggests they want someone experienced who can actually own the pipeline, not just support.
3. What they really want: Read between the lines — 4-5 years, strong org skills, Excel/Sheets/CRM, excellent writing, can work independently remote. They want someone super organized, reliable, and a great communicator. Someone who doesn't need micromanaging.
Important note: It's using a Gmail for applications, not a company domain. That's common for early-stage startups/confidential hires, but do your due diligence, check LinkedIn, website, and have a proper interview before sharing sensitive documents.
Advice for applicants - Tips to Apply
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment. To stand out:
1. Use the exact subject line: Sales & Partnerships Coordinator
2. Show your numbers: In your CV/email, highlight tools you've used (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Google Sheets) and deals/partners you've helped coordinate.
3. Keep your email short and sharp: 3-4 paragraphs, who you are, relevant experience in sales ops/partnerships, one win (e.g., "managed a pipeline of 50+ partners"), and why fintech/payments interests you.
4. Attach CV as PDF and include a link to your LinkedIn.
Only candidates with 4-5 years in Sales Ops, Partnerships, or Business Development coordination should apply. Remote requires strong internet and ability to work independently.
