Description

We seek a proactive, ownership-driven leader who can collaborate across engineering, product, QA, and design teams, ensure stability and uptime of products, and drive continuous improvements in processes, communication, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

2. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and design teams.

3. Proactively engage with parallel technical teams to ensure alignment and efficient dependency management.

4. Ensure the stability and uptime of owned products and services.

5. Take ownership of proactively improving the quality, performance, and reliability of the product/service.

6. Track and manage key performance metrics, including Uptime Rate, Development Deviation, Defect Detection Rate, Error Monitoring, and Delivery Rate.

7. Ensure effective prioritisation, sprint planning, and tracking of deliverables.

8. Mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.

9. Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the team: processes, communication, and delivery practices.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of project management experience in a technology-focused company or digital product environment.

2. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile/Scrum.

3. Hands-on experience managing cross-functional technical teams (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps).

4. Strong track record of delivering complex projects with strict reliability and uptime requirements.

5. Proven ability to work with data-driven KPIs and apply them to improve delivery and operational excellence.

6. Experience in industries with fast release cycles, live systems, and customer-facing platforms.

7. Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation in production.

8. Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
