Responsibilities:
1. Write story-driven YouTube video scripts optimized for audience engagement and AI citations.
2. Launch, scale, and grow Equiti Group’s presence on Reddit with authentic, community-first posts.
3. Create engaging captions and short scripts for Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
4. Apply SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to content.
5. Research trending topics, competitor content, and AI-surfaced material to inform strategy.
6. Maintain brand tone of voice and compliance across all content.
7. Collaborate with designers, animators, and video producers to bring scripts to life.
8. Present concepts and drafts to stakeholders including the Social Content Manager and CMO.
9. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously from ideation to execution.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience writing YouTube scripts, social media captions, or branded content.
2. 2+ years of experience moderating or growing corporate Reddit threads.
3. Experience working across multinational companies with global messaging.
4. Familiarity with AI search optimization (GEO) and building brand presence on Reddit.
5. Portfolio showcasing video scripts, social captions, and storytelling pieces.
6. Comfort with analytics and performance tracking, including engagement and AI visibility.
