Description
CultureShield is a cybersecurity company focused on helping organizations build stronger security cultures from the inside out. As part of its content efforts, the company is building CultureShield Confidential, a conversation series featuring cybersecurity professionals and other voices across the industry. The company is looking for a creative and reliable intern to help transform these conversations into engaging content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Edit full-length CultureShield Confidential interview episodes
- Create short-form clips from interviews for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Identify strong moments, quotes and stories that can become standalone clips
- Add captions, clean cuts, basic transitions and appropriate sound adjustments
- Help maintain a consistent visual style across CultureShield content
- Create simple video thumbnails when needed
- Organize and manage video files and project assets
- Work with the team to meet content deadlines
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media
- Strong sense of timing and storytelling
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take feedback and make revisions
- Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines
- Interest in cybersecurity or technology is a plus but not required
- 1+ years of work experience with YouTube as added by the job poster
Required skills
- Video editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
- Short-form video creation for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn
