Applicants for the language specific position should use the Hausa or Igbo speaking call centre agent application link. A general call centre agent application form is also available for the recruitment with Kano State and Lagos Island listed in the application title. Applicants should carefully review the requirements for their preferred role before submitting an application.

Why Apply

This opportunity offers a chance to work with a foremost commercial bank in Nigeria through a recruiting firm, which means the role comes with the backing of an established banking client. The position is open in two major locations, Kano State and Lagos Island, giving candidates in these areas a convenient option to work close to home.

The role also accommodates language diversity, as both English speakers and Hausa or Igbo speakers are needed, which is a good fit for candidates who want to use their local language skills professionally. The benefits include an attractive salary, HMO and pension, which are valuable additions to a customer service role. Since the application deadline is not specified, candidates should not delay their applications.

Before You Apply

Applicants should confirm that they meet the minimum educational requirement of a BSc with Second Class Lower or an HND with Upper Credit, as this is a strict condition. Candidates must also have completed NYSC and should not be older than 40 years. A minimum of one year work experience is required, so applicants should be ready to show relevant experience.

Since the roles are location based, candidates must genuinely reside in Kano State or Lagos Island and be able to work from their selected location. Those applying for the language specific role should be truly fluent in Hausa or Igbo, as this will likely be tested. Applicants should prepare an updated CV that clearly shows their qualifications, NYSC status, age and work experience. Given that no deadline was stated, it is wise to apply as early as possible and to keep all application details ready in case the employer requests further information.
