Responsibilities & Requirements
Your responsibilities will be:
1. You will monitor delivery officers throughout their trips to ensure timely delivery.
2. You will track truck movements using GPS and fleet systems.
3. You will support in solving delivery delays and route issues.
4. You will liaise with drivers to get real-time updates on their progress.
5. You will check turnaround times and suggest ways to improve.
6. You will help prepare daily fleet status reports and dashboards.
