Paid Social Growth Marketer

Growth Marketer - Paid Social

Location: Yaba
Salary: Expected salary to be stated in application
Deadline: Not specified
Schedule: Hybrid, three days onsite
Type: Full-time

Description

A tech-focused company is looking for a Growth Marketer to take charge of paid social, search engine optimisation and app store optimisation as the main acquisition channels. This is a hands-on technical role that goes beyond ad copy and keywords, requiring direct work with pixels, tracking, tagging and attribution infrastructure. The person in this role will be measured on whether campaigns move users from click to funded account rather than just registrations or installs. The ideal candidate is an optimiser at heart who is obsessed with performance and constantly experimenting to improve results.

Benefits:

1. Opportunity to own three core acquisition levers across paid social, SEO and app store optimisation.
2. Hands-on exposure to advanced tracking and attribution infrastructure including server-side conversion tracking.
3. Collaboration with content, design, product and engineering teams.
4. Work environment that values experimentation and incremental performance gains.
5. Hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch and manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X and Search, covering audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation and bid strategy, all optimised toward first time deposits rather than sign-ups or installs alone.
2. Own performance against acquisition and funding targets including CAC, ROAS, CPI, CPA, cost per FTD and full-funnel conversion from click through sign-up to first deposit.
3. Set up and maintain the technical tracking stack covering pixels, SDKs, event tracking, deep links and server-side or API-based conversion tracking such as Meta Conversion API to accurately attribute first time deposits.
4. Run technical and on-page SEO including site audits, keyword strategy, content optimisation, link building and Core Web Vitals fixes in partnership with engineering.
5. Own app store optimisation covering keyword ranking, metadata, creatives and conversion rate on both the App Store and Google Play, with attention to the quality of users acquired through to funding.
6. Build and maintain attribution and reporting across paid and organic channels that surfaces funnel drop-off between sign-up and first deposit and diagnoses where it happens.
7. Run structured creative, landing page and onboarding flow tests to close the sign-up to first deposit gap.
8. Manage paid media budgets responsibly and reallocate spend based on first time deposit performance rather than surface-level metrics like CTR or CPI alone.
9. Partner with content, design, product and engineering teams to keep organic and paid efforts aligned with product launches, positioning and funding flow changes.

Requirements:

1. Two to three years of experience running paid social campaigns and SEO for a tech company or e-commerce business, with direct experience required.
2. Genuine technical ability with tracking pixels, SDKs, tag managers such as GTM, UTM architecture, deep linking and server-side or API conversion tracking, not just ad platform UI knowledge.
3. Demonstrated understanding of the technical requirements behind both paid and SEO channels and how they function as acquisition levers within a broader growth and data system.
4. Direct experience optimising acquisition funnels toward a monetary or activation event such as a first deposit, first purchase or first transaction rather than just sign-ups or installs.
5. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, including conversion API or server-side setup.
6. Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs and ASO tools such as App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
7. Proven ability to manage budgets against acquisition and efficiency targets including CAC, ROAS and cost per FTD.
8. Fluency in analytics and attribution tools such as GA4 to connect spend and search visibility to actual funded accounts rather than vanity metrics.
9. Strong grasp of landing page and creative testing fundamentals.
10. Sharp communication skills with the ability to report performance clearly and work cross-functionally with content, design, product and engineering.
11. Fintech, tech or e-commerce experience is compulsory.

How To Apply

Submit the recruitment form with your full name, telephone number, email address, current location, current or most recent job title and employer, years of relevant work experience and expected salary. Upload your CV as a single PDF file not exceeding ten megabytes. Applications are submitted through the Google Form provided by the employer below.

Why Apply

This role offers a rare chance to own three acquisition levers at once rather than specialising in just one channel, which builds a broad and highly marketable growth skill set. The emphasis on technical tracking and attribution work means the person hired will develop deeper infrastructure skills than a typical paid social role allows. Because performance is judged on funded accounts rather than vanity metrics, the role suits someone who wants their impact to be measurable and directly tied to business outcomes. The hybrid arrangement in Yaba offers a balance between onsite collaboration and remote flexibility.

Before You Apply

Be ready to demonstrate hands-on technical work with tracking pixels, server-side conversion tracking and attribution setup, since the advert stresses that ad platform UI knowledge alone is not sufficient. Prepare concrete examples of funnels you have optimised toward a monetary event such as a first deposit or first purchase, including the specific numbers behind your results. Make sure your CV clearly shows fintech, tech or e-commerce experience, as this is stated as compulsory. Confirm your expected salary and current location before submitting, and have your CV ready as a single PDF under ten megabytes. Since the form asks you to confirm you meet the stated requirements, review each requirement honestly before proceeding.
