Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Ikeja, Lagos, the company operates across digital retail, premium flat-pack furniture manufacturing, augmented reality technology, and consumer financing.
This internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will support daily factory operations while learning about production coordination, inventory management, logistics, and quality control. Responsibilities
1. Support the Operations team in monitoring daily factory and production activities
2. Assist in tracking production jobs and following up on pending tasks and deadlines
3. Monitor availability and movement of raw materials, tools, and production items
4. Assist with inventory and stock records in collaboration with the Stores team
5. Support coordination between Production, Stores, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant teams
6. Identify and report production delays, material shortages, equipment issues, and operational challenges
7. Assist in monitoring finished products to ensure they are ready for delivery or next-stage processing
8. Maintain accurate operational records, trackers, and reports
9. Support compliance with factory processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, and operational standards
10. Assist in identifying areas for improvement and perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Lead
Requirements
1. Currently pursuing an HND or degree through an Industrial Training (IT), Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES), or one-year internship programme, or recently completed a relevant programme
2. Educational background in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
3. Good organisational and time-management skills
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare simple reports
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Ability to work effectively in a factory environment
8. Ability to work with different teams and follow instructions
9. Willingness to learn about furniture manufacturing and factory operations
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Demonstrated interest in manufacturing, production, logistics, inventory, and operations
