As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and healthcare partners, ensuring every inquiry, order confirmation, and issue is handled with professionalism and compassion. You will manage a high volume of communications, document patient information accurately, and support the seamless flow of prescription orders.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications (calls and live chat) to confirm orders, schedule deliveries, and address questions from patients and providers.
2. Accurately document patient and provider demographics and transcribe detailed notes in real-time.
3. Oversee the order workflow from initiation to completion, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently.
4. Resolve customer issues collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver customer-centric solutions.
5. Achieve daily performance metrics, including call quality, average handle time, and first-call resolution rates, while maintaining an exceptional patient satisfaction rating.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (call center or healthcare setting preferred).
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for handling high-volume communications professionally.
3. Proven ability to accurately document detailed information and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems, phone systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
