How To Apply
Interested candidates should apply through the Apply button below. The hiring process involves application review, a TALO initial interview, a client interview if shortlisted, a practical editing test task, a final interview or alignment, and an offer.

The company moves quickly and respects applicants' time. The client interview focuses on creative thinking, ownership, and experience. Candidates should note that the employer is looking for someone who owns creative performance, not just someone who edits videos.

Why Apply
This role is a strong fit for a senior video editor who wants real ownership over creative output and a direct line to business results. The compensation range of $3,000 to $4,000 per month is competitive for a remote freelance or contract arrangement, and the promise of a performance bonus suggests that strong results are rewarded.

The hiring process includes a practical editing test, which gives skilled editors a fair chance to prove their ability rather than relying only on a portfolio or CV. The work environment is described as fast-paced with low micromanagement, so self-starters will likely thrive. Because the employer values speed and experimentation, this is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys testing new tools, including AI-powered workflows, and improving systems rather than just completing tasks.

Before You Apply
Prepare a portfolio that shows performance-focused video ads, not just general editing work, and be ready to explain the editing decisions behind each piece. Since a practical editing test is part of the process, make sure your tools and workflow are ready so you can deliver quickly under time pressure.

Familiarize yourself with tools such as CapCut, Frame.io, and AI-assisted editing platforms, because comfort with modern workflows will set you apart. Be prepared to discuss how editing choices affect retention, engagement, and conversion, as the employer values editors who understand direct-response principles.

If you are shortlisted, expect questions about ownership, creative thinking, and how you handle feedback and revision cycles. Finally, because the schedule preference leans toward European daytime-to-evening hours, confirm that your availability aligns with that expectation before applying.
