How to Apply

Send your resume to admin@captaincook.ng
In your email subject line, write "Production/Catering Graduate Trainee" followed by your preferred location, for example "Production/Catering Graduate Trainee – Ibadan." If you are open to more than one location, pick the one closest to you so relocation does not become a problem later. Keep your email short and professional, and attach your resume as a PDF. Double-check that your phone number and email address on the resume are correct.

Why Apply

This job suits you if you want to build a career in food service and you are not afraid of early mornings or busy shifts. The salary is modest, but the experience is the real prize. You will learn how a large food brand operates, which prepares you for supervisory roles later. It is also a chance to earn while you learn, instead of waiting for the perfect opening.

Before You Apply

Confirm you meet the qualification and experience requirements first. Decide on one preferred location before you write your email, since the subject line must state it. Update your resume so it clearly shows your certificate and any kitchen or hospitality experience, including school projects or volunteer work. Read the advert once more to be sure you are not missing anything. Then send your application well before the deadline.

Required Skills

1. Basic culinary and food preparation ability.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Teamwork and collaboration.
4. Time management and multitasking.
5. Attention to cleanliness and detail.
6. Inventory and stock handling.
7. Customer service orientation.

Tips to Get Hired

Tailor your resume to show food service or hospitality experience, even if it was informal. Use the exact email subject format with your preferred location. Apply early, not on the final day. Keep your application neat and error-free, because details matter in a kitchen role.
